Portsmouth, NH — March 7, 2026 — Independent creator Jan Carson Weatherby today announced the premiere of Erase My Head, a new science-fiction micro-drama series launching on YouTube and across social media as part of the larger X66 Storyverse.
Adapted from the opening novel of the six-book X66 saga, Erase My Head follows Lily, a young rebel living in a crumbling asteroid city quietly controlled by nano-scale machines. As her memories begin to fracture, Lily starts to suspect that the rebellion she serves may be another layer of the system itself.
The project is notable for its production model. Created by a single filmmaker using a generative AI workflow, the series represents an experiment in what Weatherby calls the “solo studio” approach—using emerging tools to produce long-form cinematic storytelling outside traditional film industry infrastructure.
More than 70 short episodes are planned, with new installments released twice weekly throughout 2026.
The series forms part of X66, an expanding science-fiction archive exploring consciousness, artificial intelligence, and contact with non-human intelligence through books, video, and micro-drama adaptations.
